The „Rule of Law and Anticorruption” program aims to promote public policies able to contribute to a better decision-making process transparency and to a better government. Under the auspice of the program we organize public events and research studies in order to identify viable solutions for improvement of law application and for a continuous update of legislation, according to the social realities.
The program comprises different projects aiming to promote the rule of law, such as education against corruption, and encourages the use of alternative solutions for conflict solving, especially mediation.
ECLER is part of the National Working Group on ”Social Purposes of Reusing Goods Seized from Crime”.
